Kenexa solutions are developed based on cloud technologies combined with consulting services that integrate people and processes and are well integrated in the vision of IBM interested in supporting its customers in the process of adoption of social business capabilities.
It is a complementary acquisition to existing strategies of Big Blue: The objective is to focus data and expertise available to managers within each division of the company, from sales and marketing to product development, human resources, so that the customers to be able to attract and develop appropriate skills and immediately assign the resources best suited to each project.
Kenexa, which currently has over 8900 customers in various sectors and has a staff of 2,800 employees worldwide, the proposal will complement IBM in the areas of social business and business service Hr.
The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
